Breathe, Relax, Thrive.
Breathe, Relax, Thrive.

After surviving childhood domestic violence and navigating the emotional toll of a challenging relationship, I found myself in the midst of a cycle of chaos following a traumatic divorce in 2018. Fast forward to a life-threatening emergency surgery in 2019 from an ovarian cyst rupture, I felt lost and hopeless. Determined to heal and be a positive role model for my son, I began my healing journey. I explored various modalities, including therapy, coaching, sisterhood circles, meditation, self-help books, affirmations, exercise, and dietary changes, but it was breathwork and energy work that truly changed my journey.
Breathwork has been an incredible tool in helping me navigate trauma, connect with my mind, body, and soul, and manage the challenges of day to day life.
Fueled by my own transformation, I am passionate about sharing the power of breathwork with others and helping them connect back to their authenticity, build self-compassion and live in the present moment.
Today, I live a grateful and fulfilling life, committed to supporting others on their healing journeys.
What style of breathwork do you teach?
My breathwork practice centers on a meditative and integrative approach, designed to be deeply trauma-informed and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Meditative sessions, lasting around 60 minutes, guide participants into a profound state of embodied awareness, facilitating the gentle reprogramming of neural pathways and fostering emotional release. Conversely, integrative sessions offer shorter, practical breath techniques that can be seamlessly incorporated into daily life, providing accessible tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and a quick reset whenever needed. This approach prioritizes meeting each breather exactly where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for self-discovery and healing. A breathwork therapist is a trained professional who guides individuals through conscious breathing techniques to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Breathwork therapists are skilled in creating safe and supportive environments where clients can explore their inner selves and release limiting beliefs.

Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic modality that utilizes conscious breathing techniques to facilitate healing and transformation within the body, tapping into your subconscious and regulating your nervous system. By intentionally altering your breathing patterns, you can:
While every experience is different, it's common to experience emotional release during a breathwork session, which may manifest as crying. This emotional release is a natural part of the healing process. Breathwork can bring up suppressed emotions, allowing you to process them in a safe and supportive environment. Crying during a breathwork session can be cathartic and can lead to a sense of relief and peace, allowing your body to physically let go of what is not serving you.
While breathwork is not a cure-all for trauma, it can be a powerful tool for healing and recovery. By accessing and processing traumatic memories, breathwork can help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. It's important to note that breathwork should be used in conjunction with traditional therapy for severe trauma.

Breathwork is a powerful and transformative healing modality that utilizes controlled breathing patterns to access deeper states of consciousness. It's a tool for emotional exploration and release, guided by a trauma-informed perspective to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

I will educate you about breathwork, and let you know what to expect as the session unfolds. We will collaborate for the intention for the session, demonstrate the breathing patterns, and invite you into the session.
Bodywork is when I will ground participants and remind them to breathe, staying with the pattern. Before the session begins, you will be asked to sign a General & Medical questionnaire form as well as a liability form for safety. I will also ask questions to ensure you are fully aware of the session and you’re comfortable to move forward.
After the session, I will provide post session self-care tips to enhance the healing process.
