My healing journey began long before I realized I was on one.
After experiencing domestic violence as a young adolescent and later navigating the emotional weight of a difficult relationship, I found myself caught in a cycle of survival and overwhelm following a traumatic divorce in 2018.
Then, in 2019, a life-threatening emergency surgery caused by an ovarian cyst rupture became another pivotal moment that forced me to pause and reevaluate the life I was living.
I knew I wanted something different, not only for myself, but for my son. I wanted to heal, break generational patterns, and become the kind of role model who showed that growth, resilience, and self-compassion are possible, even after life's most challenging seasons.
That decision led me on a journey of self-discovery and healing. I explored therapy, coaching, women's circles, meditation, personal development, movement, nutrition, and countless other tools. While each played an important role, it was breathwork and energy healing that created the most profound transformation.
Through breathwork, I learned how to reconnect with myself, to move through stored emotions, regulate my nervous system, and cultivate a deeper connection to my mind, body, and spirit.
What began as a healing practice became a way of life.
Today, I am passionate about helping others experience that same reconnection.
My mission is to support women in coming home to themselves, cultivating self-compassion, embracing their authentic selves, and finding greater presence, peace, and fulfillment in their everyday lives.
I now live with a deep sense of gratitude and purpose, and I am honored to walk alongside others as they navigate their own healing and transformation journeys.
What style of breathwork do you teach?
My breathwork practice centers on a meditative and integrative approach, designed to be deeply trauma-informed and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Meditative sessions, lasting around 60 minutes, guide participants into a profound state of embodied awareness, facilitating the gentle reprogramming of neural pathways and fostering emotional release. Conversely, integrative sessions offer shorter, practical breath techniques that can be seamlessly incorporated into daily life, providing accessible tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and a quick reset whenever needed. This approach prioritizes meeting each breather exactly where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for self-discovery and healing. Crying during a breathwork session can be cathartic and can lead to a sense of relief and peace, allowing your body to physically let go of what is not serving you.
While breathwork is not a cure-all for trauma, it can be a powerful tool for healing and recovery. By accessing and processing traumatic memories, breathwork can help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. It's important to note that breathwork should be used in conjunction with traditional therapy for severe trauma.

Bodywork is when I will ground participants and remind them to breathe, staying with the pattern. Before the session begins, you will be asked to sign a General & Medical questionnaire form as well as a liability form for safety. I will also ask questions to ensure you are fully aware of the session and you’re comfortable to move forward.
After the session, I will provide post session self-care tips to enhance the healing process.
